3 SIGNS YOUR HOME HAS A TERMITE INFESTATION:

  1. SWARMERS – Spring time in Texas brings out Termite Swarmers.  These are male and female termites, with wings, that emerge from a colony in order to mate and form new colonies.  You may see hundreds or even thousands of the swarmers in your home.They are attracted to light so you may notice them near windows or light fixtures.

  1. MUD TUBES – Mud tubes about ¼ to ½ inch wide extending from the soil to up above the slab, around the exterior foundation of your home, are a clear indication of a Termite Infestation.You can gently break open the tube and see the milky white termite workers.

  1. PIN HOLES – Several small holes called ‘Pin Holes’ may appear on the walls of your home.These Pin Holes may be the result of termites foraging for food (the wood of your home) within the wall.
